Who are our sharecroppers?
Mr. Kondé
Aged 64, he is the oldest in the field. With 17 years of experience in cocoa cultivation, this former forester is respected and listened to by everyone.
He has succeeded as a farmer, trainer and manages all the teams on site.
As a hobby, he builds, maintains and lives on his own farm located next to our plantations
Alidou
Aged 51, he built his life and his family around cocoa. He has been growing cocoa for more than 30 years now, and he doesn't plan to stop there.
The transmission of his knowledge and his land to his offspring is essential in his eyes.
Its slogan: “Maintenance, respect for schedules and interventions”
His hobby, passed down to his whole family, is football!
Letifou
At 32, he is Alidou's eldest son. He has supported him in cocoa production for a year now and shares the same vision as his father on it.
His strength is his endurance: he never skimps until the work is done.
Big football fan too!
Aziz
Second son of the Alidou family, this 28-year-old man has been working in cocoa production for 2 years.
He was the first to want to support his father and encourage his brothers to do the same. Alidou has great hopes for his future!
His hobby? Football of course!
Absalham
Youngest son of the family (22 years old), he joined the movement at the same time as Letifou, 1 year ago. Family is very important to him, but he also seeks profit.
What is his hobby would you tell me? It starts with an “f” and ends with “oot”, we’ll let you guess!
Adjévi
The last of our sharecroppers, Adjévi is 44 years old and has been involved in the production and maintenance of cocoa for 2 years now. A former carpenter and great friend of the Alidou family, he followed the sons' movement and took advantage of the opportunity offered to him.
He is the only one to master the French language and constitutes a precious and essential aid in setting up effective communication!

His leisures ? Yes, he also plays football, but not only that, he also dances!
