📦 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at natex.togo@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, chocolate, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

If you have concerns about a specific item, get in touch before ordering!


🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
